Probably would have been a good idea to look into this before we went there πŸ™ƒ But good to know that we experienced the important stuff πŸ˜‰

We really had a great time in Sevilla! Such a lovely town. Everything in walking distance, there’s absolutely amazing food, it’s really chilled out… a little (way) too hot for me πŸ˜‰ but the lifestyle there is a kind of it’s own.

I loved the cute art on lots of the garage doors and shop fronts in Sevilla!

When you buy half a liter of bottled water in a spanish supermarket for 17ct (1,60€ at the airport) and have to pay 3,50€ at a german airport or 2€ in a supermarket here, you start wondering who in the supply chain gets the most out of this ripoff.

I love how life in this country is on a completely different schedule. Restaurants open at 8 or 9 pm and even the playgrounds are crowded at 10pm. If you go to a playground with your kids that late in Germany, somebody would call the police πŸ˜‰

After a couple of days in Romania πŸ‡·πŸ‡΄ (I loved that trip!) it’s now Spain πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ for the week. It’s kind of warm around here (38C/100F). Who knew! πŸ˜‰ There will probably be a lot of siesta during the day but we might check out some Flamenco πŸ’ƒ

How times are changing… thirty years ago, people were randomly shot to death by a dictatorship at this place. Today everyone is celebrating and having fun together.

Preparing for an unusual trip to Romania πŸ‡·πŸ‡΄ The planning of this years vacation got a little out of whack πŸ™ƒ πŸš—πŸ‡³πŸ‡± πŸš—πŸš—πŸ›«πŸ‡·πŸ‡΄ πŸ›«πŸ›¬πŸš—πŸ›«πŸ‡ͺπŸ‡Έ πŸ›¬πŸ™ƒ

Costal Weather

It might be a bit too cold for a summer vacation, given the heat wave a couple of weeks ago… but I love the coastal weather!

One Day At The Beach

Yesterday was the only day we could really spend at the beach because of the low temperatures and heavy winds. Heading home again tomorrow already.
